The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I stayed in Room 305 that day. Hotel location: Kigali is conveniently located. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Breakfast: See pictures by yourself, buffet. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures. The hotel has 3 shows in the evening, the gym is large and the swimming pool is also very good

1) Hotel with lots of humidity. (in the rooms, in the showers, in the corridors etc). It is also abandoned by customers. Dust everywhere.
2) A room was offered to us but the door leading to the veranda remains gaping after closing, mosquitoes come in all night to bite us.
3) We decided to leave the hotel the next day, they insisted on accommodating us in another hotel of their choice, a lady in charge of guest relations accompanied us, told the reception of the third hotel that The Manor will pay all (room + can breakfast) for us except extras.
We were amazed at the sudden good response.
At the end of the rental, they told us that we have to pay ourselves because The Manor told them that we only had to pay. ourselves. We would therefore have to pay a second time if not blocked.

found this place online ,was looking for aplace to stay in Kigali traveling from abroad. I was not disappointed when I got there. What an amazing place. The location is perfect with the Best Views I ever seen . Asked our room to be upgraded to a room with a view and balcony and got it striaght away. Rooms are super clean . Most comfortable bed I hve slept in , the pillows are so fluffy u just don’t wanna wake up . I was looking for the gym and pool and was not disappointed gym equipments work good and the pool is good since for a swim. Kids friendly if u hve any . Chief Simon couldn’t do enough for us , requested katongo for breakfast which is off the menu and he delivered, very polite and friendly chief made us feel at home. I had massage on dialy basis on visit , most amazing massage I hve had in long time I just kept goin back for more , To be honest all the staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for us . Good 1. They have a nice 43inch smart TV 2. Their rooms are spacious Bad 1. Poor internet connectivity in the conferencing room and sleeping rooms 2. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, lot of dust under the bed 3. No AC in the rooms and it gets hot

The ambience is another level . The Kenya counselling and psychological association association workshop went on well here. The environment is just amazing. The people are so friendly as well as the food. Would love to go back again and again.

The services were slow at the start great thanks to desire. He did did smoothen most of the stays while at the hotel. The recommendations to David and Simon was superb. Great chefs and very recomendable. The food and service were okay though more communication when it comes to certain maintenance that might delay would be better. I will definitely be back some day. The Italian menu isamazing

It was amazing coming back to the same hotel after a while and I'm happy to say that the service is still amazing. The rooms are better and more comfortable. The rooftop gym is a beautiful addition especially for the fitness lovers. Definitely the views are much better. Grateful to Dezire the marketing gentle man. He is a go to person and always willing to help.

I was here for a vacation late September. The hotel is in a great quiet nice place closer to the airport. The service is recommendable. My room had a balcony with an amazing view of Kigali city. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a mini bar that I loved. Ohh the food is amazing especially the Italian and Indian. Hope to be back again
