"The hotel is a bit run down and in a smaller road but the staff members are nice and polite. I requested for an electric kettle and was quickly given one, then I requested for a hair dryer and I was informed that they do not have any. I was then promptly informed that they will send someone to the shop to grab a brand-new hair dryer. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Thank you! I booked a room with a view of the hills and it was a great decision. Conveniently, there is a store right across the street whose owner is very nice and accommodating, even went out of his way to find me banana beer, apparently a must-try when in Rwanda."

"I am used to travel all over the world and I was impressed by this hotel. I would like to thank personally BATAMURIZA Jennifer and Fridah for her warm welcome! The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing . The pool, sauna and massages : beautiful. If I had one critic to point out: the sofas in the lounge are design but not very comfortable but this is a personal opinion. Thank you to all the staff !"

"I thought our stay here was perfectly fine. Our room had a living room and walk-out patio on the first floor, the AC and hot water worked fine. Our group had dinner at the hotel one night and the meals seemed satisfactory in general, certainly no worse than the restaurants we visited nearby. I went to the bar a few times and the service was always fast and friendly. The breakfast buffet is small but adequate. The neighborhood is nice, although walkability depends on your ability to handle steep hills. "

"Highly recommended! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, fully equipped and with a nice shower and bed. All the staff are super friendly, flexible and happy to help. Also the breakfast and overall food is delicious! The hotel is well located in a nice neighborhood and still quiet. Overall atmosphere and the value for money is more than great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back."

"The location is excellent but the stay is not very comfortable because the hotel is old, the door is crooked, the soundproofing of the room is particularly poor, the quilt and pillow are of poor quality, just like in a hotel, I couldn't fall asleep and was woken up in the morning. The hotel front desk took half an hour to find my reservation. The water in the shower is extremely small! It's useless to report it to the waiter. It's really a loss to stay in such a hotel for 1300 a night! The booking and payment at the store is 151 US dollars, which is more than 200 cheaper than the booking through Ctrip! The beer at the pool bar is very expensive! The breakfast is not bad, but the bread machine is very old and can't bake bread well."
