"The hotel is a bit run down and in a smaller road but the staff members are nice and polite. I requested for an electric kettle and was quickly given one, then I requested for a hair dryer and I was informed that they do not have any. I was then promptly informed that they will send someone to the shop to grab a brand-new hair dryer. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Thank you! I booked a room with a view of the hills and it was a great decision. Conveniently, there is a store right across the street whose owner is very nice and accommodating, even went out of his way to find me banana beer, apparently a must-try when in Rwanda."
