"10 min away from the airport. Absolutely wonderful experince. Right from the entrance you get a good vibe. The receptionist and staff are professional. There is a lift. I was amazed when I entered the room. It is quite spacious, has a big bed, tables, cupboards, fridge, AC, Prayer Mat. Upon request they provided me with a hot water Kettley too immediately. The washroom is also spacious and very modern. The best part is the balcony. It is spacious and gives you a wonderful open view and you can see the planes at the airport too, but not too much noise. Everything was neat and clean. The manager is very prompt and responsive to address your needs and questions. They have a restaurant at the second floor. It is quite big and very cozy. They have a wonderful menu offering variety of food, drinks, coffee, dessert. I think the price is cheapest in Kigali. But the food is just fantastic. I had COSTOLETTE DI MANZO ALLA GLIGLIA. It was roasted lamb with wedges. Thought they took more than an hour to serve but it was totally worth it. The lamb was bursting with flavor and the potato wedges were one of the best I had in my life. Definitely I will come to this hotel and the restaurant if I visit Kigali again. My only regret would be missing out their complimentary breakfast because of my flight which is scheduled in the morning."

"I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts…."
