What a strange place! I was sent a code this morning to access the building. It's deserted. Feels like an escape room! Bed is totally squishy with a tired mattress. Walls with stains on them. Bathroom is clean and functional. The room is apparently an upgrade! It is on ground floor. One window does not open and the other won't stay open (not that I would feel safe leaving it open on the ground floor). The housekeeping trolley is in the corridor and there is a note in the room telling us to help ourselves if we want anything. Bizarre and not very nice.

The property was nice and it was quiet, however during*the whole of my stay I saw nobody around. No staff present to greet or check to see that everything was ok.

Amazing place to stay,straight across from Cathedral,handy for all restaurants and places of interest,I come to dunblane often and always stay here,I was upgraded to king room so very comfortable and a very quiet area to stay,highly recommended

The property was situated in a very nice area of Dunblane opposite the Cathedral. Entry was by a keypad and we didn’t see anyone during our stay. Plenty of tea and coffee provided for the room. The room could have done with a freshen up with paint especially the radiator.
We had a nice stay at a reasonable price.

This "hotel" should be renamed the Marie Celeste! No staff whatsoever on site, with the exception of the cleaner who was coming out as we were trying to go in! Was issued with 2 different pin numbers for the entrance door, but sadly none of them worked so it was indeed fortunate we met the cleaner! There is no reception, restaurant or bar nor is there anyone around to ask where your room is located. I have no idea where the reservations team are based, certainly not in the "hotel". On the upside, the room was clean and comfortable and it would have been good to be able to have breakfast as there seem to be plenty of empty areas where this could have been held. All in all a most bizarre experience and certainly not worth the £89 we paid to basically sleep in a ghost hotel. Not at all welcoming and certainly would never recommend it.

Self check in was easy and the details were sent via email on the morning of the due stay. Very quiet accommodation. The room was clean, welcoming with smart decor and the two wing chairs were a blessing for enjoying a cuppa on arrival. The shower was great, good pressure, easy controls. We are planning a return visit to the area soon and will definitely be booking here again.

There was no breakfast available despite this being offers on the ******* site and there are no staff on site to deal with any questions.
I booked this because my previous visit 2 years ago was very satisfactory.

Fortunately there was a housekeeper on site changing a room. She helped us by contacting maintenance who came and repaired the room lock Every night we were disturbed by creaking floorboards in room above every time people moved around. In morning woken by creaking floorboards. And when the above rooms shower was used it sounded like a bucket being filled from a hose in our room. Breakfast available for a fee - Doesn’t exist Free self-parking on site - Doesn’t exist. Free off-site parking is on the road outside or a carpark 100yds away. There is no bar. The restaurant / bar was closed a year ago. None of the guest services exist. All the outdoor areas are closed off. There is no communal areas or TV in lobby.
