I stayed overnight in Kimitsu before playing golf. I was satisfied with the free parking and the room rate. There was a welcome drink and a shared microwave, which was convenient.

It's an old business hotel. Cleanliness was just so-so...the blankets and towels smelled.
But,,, I think the breakfast is the best among business hotels... It's home-style food, but it's delicious and there are a lot of options... Service drinks (alcohol) & miso soup are also delicious.
It's not bad because the price includes "breakfast & public bath & free drinks".
If the cleanliness were better, I would 100000% revisit this place.

Despite being reasonably priced, there was a large public bath, the drink bar had soup, snacks, and alcohol in the evening, and the room was designed to make it easy to relax, and the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I was satisfied with the price. I think it's good value to have breakfast included. The room was also clean.

Although there were times when I could hear the running water from the next room and the voices from the hallway into my room, it was quiet at night and the air conditioning worked well, so I was able to sleep soundly. I was satisfied with the large public bath and welcome drink.
