Pets, should not be allowed in the dining area ir even allowed to walk near the area where guest are eating. Seperate walk area to go outdoors.

There was visible fecal matter on the front underside of the toilet.
The bed frame was a wreck and was not actually made properly. Nor could be made properly due to the condition of the frame.

it's close to the highway the bed,s were comfortable but the pillows were too soft for me and a nice hotel to come back to when I'm back in Bristol

Public restroom was dirty. The furniture in our room was scratched. The only thing for toiletries was a bar of soap. There was no coffee, cream or sugar even though there was a coffee pot. Could’ve been a lot better.

The room was okay at best. Shower head had mold growing on it. Shower door was completely covered in grease marks. Bathroom sliding door was absolutely screeching closed and open due to he painted into place. Bathroom light was flickering all night despite being turned off

We have stayed here several times, especially in the last year. They are reasonably priced with no frills. This hotel is under renovation. Their site did not indicate this. The entire hotel is covered in spackle dust. Our room which had been renovated was covered in dust and had a strong industrial paint smell. If you are breathing compromised this is an extremely unhealthy environment. The staff were not friendly nor very accommodating. Enough said, do not experience it for yourself. It was a nightmare.

Staff was rude and very unwelcoming. I understand the hotel was under construction but both the man during the day and the lady at night were very unpleasant and unprofessional. The guy made me wait 10 minutes while he finished his personal phone call
