It had an odd smell and it's more like a motel than a resort. The beds were clean, which is the most important thing, but the bathrooms were not.
The security at the front desk was kind and helpful, but besides customer service, I would not recommend unless you're on a very tight budget.

We like staying at this property for the wonderful pool and friendly staff but upon arriving we were told they didn’t have our reservation and at 10pm at night the security guard had to get a manager and thankfully they were able to fix the problem and find our reservation on ******* but not the best first impression at check in.

Had a one on one day with one of my kids at your property. The only reason I chose yours is because it's clean, comfortable, quiet and the pool is always 90°. Obviously I've stayed here before and will always continue to look for availability as I live in Ocala and we staycation alot as a family. Note for management: you may want to replace the bathroom mirror in unit 327. There are black streak and spots all over it, I have no idea what they were, but we're seemingly engrained the mirror

What a surprise! This felt like an apartment, not a hotel. We checked in late not knowing that there were office hours, but the guard on duty got us checked in and had all the patience in the world. We did not prepare for swimming in December, but their pool is heated and open 24 hours. We slept like logs and we don't even sleep like that at home! We will be back as we frequent Disney often.

Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. The AC didn’t cool as much as we wanted, but overall it was a great stay.
