The pool is not heated. The housekeepers do not clean the floor; the plastic tile floor is filthy. The ground floors are scary; people are coming and going all night. The fake grass-turf and poop are disgusting. The bathroom is about as small as possible. The drain does not work well. The door is very hard to open. The breakfast area looks like a party area but the food is disgusting. The coffee is instant. The eggs are powder. There is a charge of $150 extra on day one that is not a deposit. It is a fee that is not advertised. The Wi-Fi worked for 3 days but on the last day it did not work. The front desk people do not speak English very well.

Very professional staff, a fun place. If you have kids, rooms are modern and updated. The only negative is there were some crumbs of food on the floor and the bathroom had a little bit of mold in the grout on the floor, which an be easily fixed with molding after it's cleaned.
It was a quick One night stay after pushing a flight back.

Good hotel for kids. Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but renovated so walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors but other than that I’d stay again. Breakfast was good and included which is a big plus.

This hotel is old and smells old. Says it’s a resort but it’s a renovated motel 6 at best.
We found blood on the walls in the restroom and looked like. They hadn’t cleaned in months. Dust and dirt.
We stayed one night and moved. The next day!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here with our two year old. Nice playing area and pool for the kids. The entire property is fenced in which was nice to keep little ones from wandering off and to keep unwanted guests off the property. A bit rough in some areas, but we could tell they are actively putting in the work to improve the resort. Would definitely return on the next trip to the area.
