The staff were very welcoming and nice. The room was excellent and the grounds were well kept. I am thankful they had a room I was able to book last minute for a great price.

Totally loved this place. Exceptional service, well kept rooms. Quiet but very close to Disney, restaurants and shopping! We didn't have any complaints at all. Highly recommend !!

We had the best experience staying here for a week , clean staff was exceptional . They always knew when we needed more towels etc and delivered before I asked. Clean & fully stocked kitchen & the laundry in our room saved us! I slept so good the entire time. We will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends!

It’s an average Hilton property nothing I would return to. Nothing really wrong with it. Just very average nothing memorable

Property was great but not at all quiet. It’s not sound proof. You can hear traffic, other rooms, and the staff using leaf blowers and lawn mowers etc.

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom, but when we needed to add a night, cost was increased by $75.00 plus resort fee for the same condo. Room was 3 flights up with no elevator access. Long check in while they tried to talk me in to a timeshare presentation to discount the 3rd night.

The property is very well kept . Annoying sometimes that the leaf blowers are always going in afternoons near the pool . Disappointing that we were on the third floor when we were not advised ahead of time . There is no elevator and I have a sore knee. The units are beautiful and all the amenities are great .

The whole resort is like a little paradise with all the beautiful trees shrubs and flowering plants. The grounds are kept immaculate. Our two bedroom unit was beautiful and very clean throughout. A fully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge and stove. A large master ensuite with tub and shower. All the staff we encountered were all very polite, pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Polynesian Isles Resort for anyone looking for a getaway.

The beds are very comfortable the bathrooms were extremely spacious and clean. And the kitchen was the cleanest I've ever seen in a rentable condo

Great spacious condo type with all convenience of a furnished kitchen, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Great pool location with heated pool, a gem !

The entire stay was exceptional. The staff was extremly courteous and helpful. The unit was very comfortable. Will definitely book the Polynesian Isle again!

Loved our stay at Polynesian, everyone was wonderfully kind and welcoming, unit was spacious and clean and comfortable. Only negative was having to walk stairs with luggage, but we managed. Hope to go back sometime soon!
