perfect location near lake spot, there are tea time and alcohol time for guests, onset is available in the hotel. Breakfast is pretty complete of east, west types of food with many drinks. Room is also big, wide and comfortable for a good sleep, the staff are all kind and nice, like this hotel very much

The hotel does not provide a shuttle service from Inawashiro Station to the Goshikinuma entrance area. Guests need to take the Aizu bus independently; cash or Visa card payments are accepted on board. From the hotel, it's an 8-minute walk to the Goshikinuma Ponds entrance. We completed the entire trail in about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and it was truly worthwhile and beautiful. We then took a bus from Hibara back to the hotel. Breakfast, dinner, beverages, and the onsen (hot spring) were all excellent. The stay would be even more enjoyable if the hotel rooms and bathrooms were renovated.

The environment is wonderful, the air is fresh, and the hot springs are incredibly comfortable and feel brand new. They offer complimentary beverages, and the rooms are very spacious. It truly lives up to a 5-star standard. My only minor complaint is the lack of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

Very bad experience on toilet leaking, not organise well to residents during breakfast time.  This is the first time I stay Mercure in Japan but I used to stay in Europe.  Will not stay here again

Room is spacious , buffet breakfast have varieties to choose from. We enjoyed the lounge in the evening which there are drinks , alcohols, wines with some snacks arrange for guests to relax. The onsen is comfortable. Staffs are polite and helpful. Recommend for family or friends to stay in this hotel.

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious! The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions. For instance, if you're heading to Goshikinuma, you can either walk or take a local bus that stops right at the hotel.
