It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!"

"the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!"

"The view from the hotel was great! We rented a car, so being on top of a hill wasn't an issue at all. We only walked to Tagada Park, but otherwise, we drove everywhere, so the location wasn't a problem 🚙. The parking lot was spacious, covered, and free, which was a big help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as theirs don't lather very well. There was no hand soap, so I used body wash, but it would be useful to have some with you. I assumed the clothes dryer was free because it didn't have a 'paid' sign, but laundry and drying each cost $6."

"The room was very spacious! However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦 The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor... This was very stressful. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly. The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped."

"I chose this hotel because our plane was at 3:40 in the morning, and this hotel was very close to the airport and provided free drop-off service. We stayed overnight. The hotel is very old, the facilities are quite old, but the health is OK. The old gentleman at the front desk was very responsible. We asked him what time he needed to leave. He said that two hours in advance was enough. We said that we had to go through the customs and departure procedures. He said that the procedures were very simple and directly checked in. Really, the departure was done at the check-in counter, very soon. At the scheduled departure time, the driver came on time, called us, and helped carry the luggage downstairs and put it on the car. There is no elevator in this hotel, so it is not convenient if there is a lot of luggage, we live on the second floor."

"I checked in at dawn. Despite the early hour, the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in right away. The location wasn't bad, but there was no water in the room. Thankfully, there was a supermarket nearby, so I was able to purchase some. The room was in good condition. However, the bed sheets were a bit uncomfortable. The soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear footsteps in the hallway."
