"It was the best Guam trip ever!! The hotel is excellent. Snorkeling at the private beach was especially fantastic. Ipao Beach has many coral reefs and you can observe various kinds of tropical fish. Just be aware that the equipment rental seems to be closed on Tuesdays! The pool with an ocean view has a slide which was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was delicious."

It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. "I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied."

"The room was very spacious! However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦 The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor... This was very stressful. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly. The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped."
