I had a business trip in the cluster for three nights, the first day I came at the hotel locker at about 10 o'clock, listening to the music squeezed with the squeaking bass, the second day was safe, Well, malem to the 3rd I shocked it turns out there was a promnight event in the borobudur ballroom where the room was not sounded and the position was on lt 2 (gw at lt 3). But again, people come to the hotel to rest. If the prom is until 9 am, maybe you can understand. But it's until 11am and it's really itch. It's 11th or no, it's for the hotel's assessment. Maybe my advice is not too disturbing the show. Like it can be placed in the basic lobby and given extra noise, I really enjoy staying here because the hotel is comfortable, the food is delicious, just the minus is that really~

The location is quite strategic, the check-in is smooth, the service is ok, the room is clean and tidy

overall it's okay,when the tv room is in the room,there is no sound talking to the guard directly to ask to change the room.

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Quiet atmosphere, clean rooms & cold floors, 3 star standard price, there is an outdor swimming pool that is clean, there are many library books. Only fan exhause is a little noisy. Overall Ok.

The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware.
