Very nice hotel Good service and location… Good onsen as well

Nice hotel with spa, although facilities are a bit worn down. Recommended.

This hotel has been around for many many years so it’s a bit dated. Shops around the area closes by 3pm and there’s not much to do at night and not much options for dinner. Best to reserve dinner at the hotel before checking into hotel otherwise could end up eating cup noodles at the convenient store. Hotel will not be able to accommodate request for breakfast or dinner at their restaurant during check in, at least that was the case for us and we had to find our own food elsewhere.

Nice service with excellent hot spring

Staffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

The hotel is conveniently located and relatively quiet. You must take a hot spring bath in Arima. The hotel has three public hot spring pools, all of which are outdoor and close to nature. It is very good. The front desk lady took me to the room for explanation after checking in. The service was thoughtful. Everything is good, but the hotel's wireless is unstable. I don't know if the signal in my room is unstable.

If you want to experience the Japanese-style room, you should be satisfied🈵. It has a bit of a sense of age, after all, it opened in 1995. Facilities: The Japanese-style room is very spacious, and you sleep on tatami at night Service: There is a ********* lady, and it is so easy to communicate😅😅😅 I bought a small hotel with two meals on Ctrip, and I can't see what the meals are😅 Actually, the meals are delivered to the room, and they are all Japanese set meals😅 So, It's okay, Environment: The hotel is not big, 3 public baths, the largest and newest in the hotel😎 If the price is right, just go for it!

The location of the hot spring hotel is easy to find. It's just a short walk from Arima Town. The scenery is great and the staff is friendly. The room is very clean and the hot spring is great. Thank you for letting me spend a pleasant day~

Selections regarding menu items will be provided. Super rich dinner and breakfast, hot spring spring water with white and golden soup. The skin is super smooth after soaking in white soup.

It was my first time to Arima Onsen. It suddenly rained when I arrived by train. I followed the navigation and dragged my suitcase up the hill. I was soaked all the way to the hotel entrance. The staff immediately greeted me and asked me if I was XX with a list of each guest's name. It was really warm at that moment. The thoughtfulness and meticulousness of the old hot spring hotel are all here. The mountain view outside the floor-to-ceiling glass in the lobby is very beautiful. There are 3 hot springs together with Yugetsu Sanso, both Kindo and Gintsu, both indoors and outdoors. The cleansing products made from sake lees provided by the hot springs are very comfortable and must be bought. The hotel's supporting shops can also refund taxes, and the prices are cheaper than those of shops outside, so you can buy them. In addition, the check-out time is until 12 o'clock, which is very comfortable.
