Stayed at the Presidential Villa for 5 days. The outdoor scenery is very charming, huge private pool, perfect service, and private taxi to Koh Samui. The parties at the Ark Bar are the most fun. Had a great time in both Koh Samui and Kara. I recommend this hotel to those who want a quiet stay near the party in Koh Samui.
