Super hotel! Perfect value for money. The hotel isn't new, but it's very well-maintained. Housekeeping daily, and towels are changed every day too. The staff are very friendly and responsive; they'll help you, show you around, and tell you anything you need to know. The location is just two steps from the center of Lamai, yet the area is quiet, with no noise whatsoever. It's beachfront, with direct access to the sea, sun loungers, and beach massages. There's also a bar where you can order food and drinks at reasonable prices. The grounds are very green and lush.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. When booking, I requested a "room with a good view," and they offered me several rooms with good views to choose from. The room matched the photos and had a large Smart TV. The bed linen and towels were changed daily, and two bottles of water were provided. The downsides in the room were very weak water pressure and intermittent hot water. The hot water comes from a water heater that's difficult to get used to (hot water might run for 3-4 minutes, then you have to wait for it to heat up again). The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with two swimming pools, a bar, and beach massages. The mattresses on the sun loungers are a bit old, there are no tables next to the loungers, and there are very few sun umbrellas, literally only four. The location is excellent – close to 7/11, cafes, and restaurants, and about a 15-minute walk to the night market.

Excellent hotel, I really enjoyed it. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the sea through the hotel grounds. There are two pools on site, and the staff told us we could swim anytime, just asked us not to make too much noise, which I think is incredibly cool. There's a foot wash station at the beach entrance, which is convenient and nice. It's just pleasant that the small details are thought out. Look, the hotel isn't expensive – but you need to understand that some of the furniture, like the chairs, are a bit worn, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. The cleaning is excellent. The only thing I'd ask for is to replace the shower hoses; they are very old and inconvenient. I wouldn't say it's terrible, but it's a small expense that would add a lot of convenience, as the current shower hose is stiff and short. The hotel grounds are very green, with palm trees and greenery everywhere. We saw geckos and a bat – I don't know if that's a plus or a minus, but you really feel close to nature. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and if I ever come to Lamai again, I'll stay here!

A decent hotel with a well-maintained green area. There's a small parking lot and good Wi-Fi. A 7/11 is nearby. It's well-located for the beach and has two pools. On the downside, there's no breakfast and the water pressure in the room (3rd floor) was poor. The furniture is a bit dated and hasn't been updated in a while. Overall, a solid three-star hotel.

Lovely hotel, very lush and pleasant to the eye. The staff are attentive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions.
