Clean room Cool swiming pool Expensive food and beverage Quiet place

Excellent hotel , the staff are very friendly, I propose to my girlfriend, the staff made an amazing atmosphere definitely will come back

Except for the fact that the hotel is somewhat secluded, I can still recommend it, and the price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. The rooms appear very modern and are kept very clean. Plus, I find the mirror effect in the bathroom sensational. I had initially booked for two nights and extended for two more nights for the reasons mentioned above.

Overall I don’t like because they are unsympathic in all ways. Everything ist expensive for what you get. So not good value. Lot off flies in the room. Unfriendly waiter in the restaurant who asks several times if I would more sugar in my shake before I tried it and is laughing several times. Very bad behavior. And they don’t know how to behave in front of the costumer at all. Unprofessional management in the hotel.

We stayed at Lanna Samui for two nights over the New Year and from check in to check out our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bright. The hotel was exactly as photographed. There were plenty of options for breakfast and a good amount of both shaded and sunlit seating around the pool. We were sad to leave!

Airport pickup service from the hotel was excellent. Even though we arrived late at night, airport pickup was promptly there on time to bring us to the hotel. Our room was amazing, overlooking the pool from the balcony and breakfast the next morning was great as well! Highly recommended!

Amazing value and private area ...bit inland ...but very well maintained surroundings ...and the staff and food is super high level...will go back anytime

I am very happy that I chose to stay at Lanna. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are delicious. Room and pool are clean. I had a very pleasant stay at Lanna. Recommend you to stay! But I wish I could ride a scooter because I had to walk or take a taxi all the time to a beach or mall.

Just an amazing place

The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from the lively Chaweng Beach. We are traveling by car and it is more convenient to get in and out! The front desk staff are very warm and friendly. Breakfast is a Western-style dish that you order, which is very good.

The hotel is wonderful, the breakfasts are on the menu, not in abundance, but there is enough of everything and it’s delicious, I recommend the set with smoked salmon fish, fruit, coffee, everything is very tasty and with the care of the staff. The pool is very clean, there is a swimming part for children, it’s safe! The hotel has its own private, well-groomed territory, I really liked the design, the combination of light colors with natural wood, the room has Netflix, YouTube, etc., convenient when children want to watch their favorite films and cartoons. Of the minuses: there is no beach, but for those who rent a car this is not a problem!

The room is exactly as described, decorated in white, clean, good location, good caring staff. Complete amenities, all in one place.
