Moondance Magic View Bungalow

Not recommended, the worst of all koh tao. The service and attention were pitiful. We found a lady at the “reception” with an unfriendly face and she barely responded to you and when she did, she was very unpleasant. The place is very deceiving, you have good views in one or two bungalows, the rest don't and you also have to climb some very steep slopes in the middle of the jungle, with a motorcycle it is practically impossible and it is far from the center. The beach says it is 400m away but from the sky and in a balloon, because walking down to the beach is really dangerous since there is a very steep descent. Only the front line bungalows (of which there are 4/5) are close to the “beach” which is not actually a beach, it is rocks. Renting a motorcycle at this hotel is crazy, they make you leave your passport or 10,000 baths when in the center you leave 3,000 and you don't need the passport. The bungalow rooms are dirty, especially the bathroom. In short, we had three nights and we only stayed for one. We lost the others' money but in exchange we were somewhere else, staying in the center, very well cared for and much more comfortable. Don't get carried away by the photos like what happened to us, because the reality is different.
