A good hotel in terms of central location , cleanliness and good staff. Service is o.k.. Lacking in space and restaurant otherwise good place to stay. Size of lift is small, located in residential area , WI-FI available,ideal for working professionals and persons wishes to worship at Kali Temple.

Best hotel ever . Their staff is very friendly. Better location near mudiali Durga Puja. All type of transport available. Near kalighat temple. Zomato and swiggy available here. Sourav das hotel manager is very helpful.

Property in a great location. Room not cleaned or serviced during our stay. Requested a second towel for second person in the room and they did not have one until the next morning Walls were black from mould

Should not be a choice for a foreign visitor.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious. Have been staying here for a while. It is located near to rabindra sarovar lake. So you can take a morning walk there if you like. Overall experience is good.

First, the good bits: the hotel is in a quiet well situated part of town. Now for the rest: if your idea of a good hotel is one where the entrance closes at 22.00 hrs and during lunch hours obliging you to phone to gain admission; if your idea of a good hotel is one where no one at the reception speaks English or knows where anything is; if your idea of a good hotel is one where breakfast consists of 4 slabs of cold toast, a hard mini pack of butter and a flimsy plastic spoon; if your idea of a good hotel is one where the WIFI connection is at best haphazard (at least on the second floor; if your idea of a good hotel is one where the windows can't be open and the room therefore quickly acquires a smell; if your idea if a good hotel is one where neither sheets nor bathtowel were changed in 8 days; if your idea of a good hotel is one where there are foot prints (!) in the quilt... then this hotel is for you...

Zero wifi zone. Local TV channels only. No sports channel. Not recommended for people coming with a laptop, as you have to use your own mobile data.

A very good place for lodging. Check-in and check-out is very smooth and in prime location from Ravindra sarovar metro it's near about 500mts. Staff is very cooperative and good clean room and wash room.

Hotel is very very good. And location also very good. Staff is awesome and helpful. Breakfast is also better. Room is clean and linen is clen and bathroom so good. Overall experience is ten out of ten.
