"Arrived late at night for check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room, dining area, and bedroom. The downsides were that the glass door to the living room balcony couldn't be opened, and the bedroom had no windows, which felt very claustrophobic. The room's facilities were dated, and the renovation work wasn't very effective. The hallway had an overpowering scent that was quite strong. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent. For a Taj property, paying just over 800 for this type of room was acceptable, with the only real issue being the age of the room's facilities."

"Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff"

"I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping."

"The room was ok but the moment I saw from close de bed had black long hairs here and there, and when I looked inside de bedsheets more hair was there, so my immediate thought was these bed is not clean . The hotel management should pay attention to this details as they say a lot about the category or standard of the place. Another thing was that toilet roll paper was not cleaned, so I had to ask for another one. The best experience was the guardian who absolutely deserves 5 stars or more, he was attentive and very polite always helping with the door, bags and ready to answers a few questions."

"One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!"

"I have already given my review. My concern is with mmtrip. I was staying in this property for last two days. Through the app i wanted to extend the date, it showed an amount of rs 1538, i made the payment but it got unsuccessful. I talked to mm-trip customer care and asked them to resolve the issue as i tried twice but the payment was unsuccessful. They kept me on hold for 5 minutes and came out with a solution that i have to make fresh booking by paying rs 1800. I had to do that because i was attending my brother in nearby hospital. My only concern is either the app should not have been showing extension at that rate or i should have been compensated by mm-trip for having paid rs 262 extra."
