Really great stay for 3 days. Relax with sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool. Rooms are large , tidy and comfortable. We had half pension, food was great, fresh, variety and always enough for everyone. The service was remarkable from the lobby to cleaning ladies. Always ready to help, to advise. Can only recommend and testify that this score is earned. Thank you again all the stuff for a nice stay and hope to come back one day.

The hotel has met the requirements. The service was very high. Especially it is worth to use the aquacenter where you can relax using the spa area and swimming pools.

The newest hotel in Kolobrzeg next to the beach. Perfect location at the end of the city, where you can enjoy beautiful views and quitness. Rooms are very clean and equipped with all stuff you need during your holidays, even the clothes dryer on the balcony. Food is delicious with huge variety of produsts on the bufet, also at the dinners. Stuff is super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Agata from the reception :) Hotel still have some little construction works, but it doesn't bother you at all. We can’t wait to came back and check the full offer including SPA and pool.

Hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modernly equipped, comfortable bed as well as a beautiful balcony. Aquapark is great! What is a little nervous is that the whole circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) is turned off after about minutes after activation and you need to reactivate it. Also, the dinner is a bit narrow when offering full.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu Havet tydzień. I to był wspaniały czas rodzinnego wypoczynku. Hotel jest doskonale przygotowany na przyjazd rodzin z dziećmi. Niezależnie od pogody (mieliśmy 3 dni deszczowe, pozostałe słoneczne) na miejscu jest mnóstwo atrakcji – od całkiem sporego basenu, osobnego basenu z jaccuzzi i osobnego dla dzieci, po dobrze wyposażoną dużą salę zabaw ze wspaniałymi animatorkami dostępnymi przez cały dzień. Trudno nam było „wyciągnąć” dzieci poza hotel. Program animacji jest zróżnicowany dzięki czemu w Havecie nie ma szans na nudę – fajne atrakcje dla dzieci i dorosłych (SUP-y, wieczorne koncerty). Na terenie hotelu można korzystać m.in. z trampolin, placu zabaw na świeżym powietrzu, boiska do siatkówki. Ze wszystkich atrakcji nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać. Fantastyczne masaże w SPA. Polecam sprawdzić rokitnik – jest boski! Hotel dysponuje jedną z najpiękniejszych plaż nad Bałtykiem – plaża hotelowa jest czysta, zadbana, z nowymi sprzętem, leżakami i beach barem, w którym można zjeść pyszne przekąski (też zdrowe!), lody, gofry i zamówić różne drinki. Wybór jest duży, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Co ważne, na plaży są ratownicy, woda czysta, a zejście łagodne. Nasz pokój był duży, komfortowy, z ogromnym oknem i superwygodnym łóżkiem. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto i schludnie. Skorzystaliśmy z pakietu z obiadokolacją. Miło nas zaskoczył duży wybór dań, live cooking, ryby!, napoje w cenie, dania specjalnie dla dzieci – nawet niejadek będzie najedzony. Śniadania obfite, wszystko co trzeba, jajka w każdej postaci, warzywa, owoce. Tak powinno być wszędzie. Na uwagę zasługuje również restauracja Magia Lubczyku – doskonałe jedzenie, nie dość, że przepyszne, to jeszcze potrawy są podane w atrakcyjnej dla oka formie. Gastronomia jest bardzo mocną stroną hotelu, bez dwóch zdań! I ostatnia kwestia, która od wejścia jest nie do przebicia w porównaniu z innymi miejscami, które odwiedziliśmy - obsługa. Od kelnerów w sali restauracyjnej, przez obsługę beach baru, panie w SPA, po przesympatycznego pana pracującego na parkingu. Dawno nie spotkaliśmy się z taką serdecznością i życzliwością. Poczucie, że jako goście jesteśmy naprawdę ważni i mile widziani jest bezcenne. Wspaniali ludzie tworzą to miejsce. Havet na długo pozostanie w naszych wspomnieniach – zarówno dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje!

My wife and I spent 5 days in mid-November in this hotel and were very impressed. It is very well located with a beautiful quiet promenade leading to the center or the little harbor in about 20 minutes walk. We can only give 5 stars as everything was perfect, even beyond our expectations. First the design, modern, looking brand new. All areas are spotless, both restaurants, the bar, the lobby, the wellness area, and the room itself. The wellness area has a very luxurious feel and the pool ( 20 meters I believe) and jacuzzi area is particularly spectacular, with very well-thought-out lighting, very impressive indeed. The restaurant area never feels crowded, it is well designed and quiet. We had dinner there which was excellent. The service is very efficient and fast but if you wish to spend more time and have dinner later in the evening, the small restaurant à la carte is really pleasant. The bar area is relaxing, with sometimes live music, piano-bar style. Regarding the buffet breakfast, it is simply fabulous. The choice is abundant, one can order eggs the way one likes and the buffet area is stunning. There is a wide array of little jars with either meat, fish, or cheeses. We really couldn't find anything missing. The atmosphere of the place is very serene, the staff very pleasant and helpful. We will return there, definitely.

Отель не соответствует 4 звёздам. Очень не приветливый персонал. Уборка номера за неделю была сделана 1 раз, постель не меняли ни разу. Я была на лечении с 11.03 по 19.03. Осмотр врача проходил всего 5 мин. Молодой человек который работает в физиотерапии был приветлив, но объяснятся с ним было просто не возможно, он не говорил на немецком языке. Ресторан: еда была не разнообразная каждый день одно и тоже. Утром то что оставалось после завтрака лежало вечером на ужин. Колбаса была обветренная и немного подсохшая.

Polecam Hotel Jantar w Kołobrzegu. Nasz pobyt w czasie lockdownu (kwiecień 2021) był bardzo bezpieczny. Profesjonalna obsługa dbała o zachowanie reżimu sanitarnego. Śniadania i inne posiłki serwowane były do pokoju, rezrewacja pobytu na basenie oraz zabiegów leczniczych pozwalała uniknąć spotkań z innymi gośćmi. Śniadania obfite i bardzo smaczne. Duża różnorodność i możliwość wyboru ciepłego posiłku. Obiady w cenie 45 zł/os również smaczne i gorące. Można je było zamówić w każdej chwili aż do wieczora. Pokój był czysty, z dodatkowym stolikiem i sofą przy których mogliśmy zjeść posiłki. Łóżka osobne, łączone. Mieliśmy bardzo jasny, rogowy pokój. Łazienka z prysznicem - tu mały problem z zapachem z rur. Na szczęście gdy zgłosiliśmy problem w recepcji dano nam zapach do kontaktu. Do dyspozycji był basen, jacuzzi i sauny. Przyjemne miejsce nad którym sprawował piecze bardzo sympatyczny Pan Ratownik. Czyste ręczniki dostawaliśmy na miejscu, a schodziliśmy w szlafrokach z pokoju (lekko sfatygowane, ale fajnie, że były). Duży wybór zabiegów SPA oraz zabiegów leczniczych. Hotel w pobliżu deptaku, spacerkiem 5 min na plażę. Pobyt oceniamy jako bardzo udany.
