Labranda Marine Aquapark

This resort falls short of its "4-star" rating with below-average quality and service. Arrival: The start was good; they promised our room in an hour and offered lunch, part of our full-service plan. However, after lunch, communication issues and excuses delayed our room access by an extra hour. Room: The room was decent, even above average, with AC, two bedrooms, and two TVs. The only issue was a detached shower drain, but it was manageable. Food: The food quality brought the experience down. Items like cold, flavorless chicken and unseasoned dishes disappointed us. Only the desserts and yogurt were decent. Atmosphere in the Dining Hall: The dining hall felt more like a crowded food court than a premium or peaceful restaurant. Noise from kids was a problem due to the lack of barriers. Beach and Aquapark: The beach had rocky areas, causing minor injuries. However, it was good for scuba diving, with clear water and plenty of fish. The aquapark was visually appealing and had positive feedback, but I couldn't enjoy it much due to a recent injury. Beachside Restaurant and Bar: The food at the beachside restaurant was disappointing, with dry baked goods and fries. Limited options, but good wings and fries. Cats: There were many cats around, but you can find similar experiences elsewhere with better service. Cats are cool, though! Noise at Night: A loud party by the pool on our first night disrupted our sleep. Summary: This resort isn't exceptional but serves as a decent escape from the cold. It's okay, but nothing special. Staff at pool par super nice, also in restaurant . Rooms lovely but bad sewage smell. Drinks are ok cocktails poor. Kids entertainment at night good hotel decently renovated and is very nice. Pools are good with slides for kids. We only stayed two nights but was enough.

First impressions of this hotel ,well better than expected. Looks new , clean , soft beverage on arrival. Staff helpful. Massive complex. Take your pick of pools, clean grounds, well presented ,. Great place for families . Plenty of sunbeds around each pool . Staff on the site are helpful , food throughout the day is plentiful .

Lovely stay, beautiful atmosphere, the friendliest staff ever, very clean place, and clean rooms. The cleaning service is very flexible, there’s also good WiFi . We enjoyed our ourselves. We miss you Maria Christine from the reception . We look forward to coming back

We had so much fun with the activities and the animation crew! They were very helpful and made us feel at home. We loved the beach view and the food was great as well! Bravo Labranda!

Such a nice, clean hotel. Food is nice and staff are so friendly x Went before the season started but they still put on entertainment every night for adults and children.

Labranda Marine was a really nice experience for us and the kids, rooms are big enough,for us 4 ,beds comfy, room service prompt . Food was on our taste, we had on every meal something good for us and kids. Even we came right at the beggining of the season they been very organised. Kids spend a lot of time in the slides area and also în the pool . Drinks were decent . We spent every night in the company of a great animation team , they made our evenings more fun ,great entertainment team . We higly recommended and hope to see you soon .

Had an amazing time staff wonderful room was large and clean animation team crazy and fun food was usual all inclusive drinks and cocktails were good children loved slides and wave pool we used bus at end of drive to Kos town to go on trips we even caught a speed boat to Turkey for the day we will definitely book to go again
