We are a family of 4... 2 children aged 7 and 8. Lets cut to the chase > Is this a nice place to visit, absolutely. Is it 5 stars nope, but it's 4 and that's OK. Pros - the main pool is amazing, we are we somewhat well travelled and this beats most I've ever been in. The food is actually good, it is varied and to a good standard (don't expect Michelin star but do expect to be well fed), the ala carte is a great option, we did the Italian and it was great. The waterpark, though small has plenty for the kids and will do you for a couple of hours. Lastly the entertainment is to a good standard. Having said that, it's 9 eur for a cab to kos town. The cons -> The theatre where the night time shows are has cheap plastic seats arranged like an actual theatre, so no tables and the family vibe is lost. OK there are a few flimsy plastic tables kicking around but it gives off a very cheap vibe and does detract from the main show ( that said I highly recommend the piano bar which was much better) , the supermarket on site is well stocked but very very overpriced so be warned. The non entertainment staff, there are 1 or 2 that are great, he crepe guy works tirelessly and the main bar guy in the buffet is a superstar however the rest really seem to have a mood most of the day. Lastly, and this is in no ways the hotels fault but there is a lot of French that stay here and frankly they all wall about with a face like a smacked @#£% and are incredibly rude.... Overall we enjoyed ourselves, I would recommend the pirate ship cruise from kos town all day for 4 of us 70 eur and it was a blast !!!
