Quick and fast check in and check out. Appreciated drinking facility with both hot and cold water installed in the lobby.

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Krakow and overall, it was a comfortable experience, deserving of a 3.5-4 star rating out of 5. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean enough. However, one notable aspect was the absence of complimentary water bottles in the room. For a hotel within a recognized chain, it's somewhat disappointing not to find this basic amenity readily available. Despite this, the hotel's location make it a decent choice for travelers seeking a convenient stay for 1-2 nights while in Krakow.

Budget for staying one night for transfer to other locations

Overall good and safe. Close to the station and only 5 minutes walk . Staff were friendly

Near the Krakow train station and bus station (that one can catch the buses to Auschwitz Concentration Camp) which can be accessed through the tunnel near the hotel. There are 2 Ibis brands side by side which you can go thru the door of one to get to the other hotel ( instead of going round the building).

This Ibis budget hotel does the job for a few days trip in Krakow. It’s based near the bus and train station and around a 20 minute into the heart of the ancient old town area. Basic and does the job!

Good location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast(polish continental menu). Quiet enough with very little noise from outside. Good budget choice. Only little gripe is no USB charging point in my room. So if you after no frills stay i would recommend this place.

Great location

The hotel and the room was very nice, exactly as advertised on the site. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English. The buffet breakfast was a bit basic for the price, but overall it was a good experience.

Cook place with a nice atmosphere and helpful staff members

The location is close to Krakow Station, so it is very convenient to take the tram to the city.

The front desk is kinder. There is no hair dryer in the room, so you have to go to the front desk to borrow one. The location is good, right next to Krakow Central Station.
