Location is good, walking distance from the Old Town. The main historical places are nearby. Breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the centre, clean and open 24/24, rooms well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, small bathroom but well organized in space; electricity sockets next to the bed, kind staff; some problems with the curtains that let light enter and the bed duvet too short! breakfast excellent with a lot of choices from salted to sweet food.

Simply perfect structure. Located 5-6 minutes walk from the central square, it stands out for the excellence of its service, hospitality, cleanliness and breakfast. The environments are particularly welcoming, just as the staff is welcoming. Definitely spacious room, very clean (it is worth repeating), perfect toilets, excellent shower and all the details that made this short holiday particularly pleasant. In the immediate vicinity there is everything: from the grocery store to the café, as well as the many restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Great location, very, very helpful staff. Go above and beyond. Lovely, comfy rooms, great breakfast, already planning next visit. Reasonable price in restaurant and bar. Tea and coffee in room, room cleaned daily. Certainly be back

The location can't be beat. Easy walking distance to Old Town Square. Hotel was clean, service was good, pillows and bedding left something to be desired. It was quiet, which we appreciated. Not sure why it gets the rave reviews other than the location. It is very convenient and the breakfast was also good.

We stayed here for 5 nights last June and we absolutely loved this hotel. The location was fab, only a few minutes walk to the main square! The hotel was absolutely spotless. Our room was huge, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel! Really good selection. The staff were all very friendly, when we checked in one of the staff actually walked us to the elevator and gave us directions to our room. We had no issues with noise from other rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel: location very close to Old City and Krakow’s wonderful public transit system. Large rooms by European standards, excellent breakfast included, and helpful front desk staff. There is another hotel with the same name in the Kazimierz neighborhood, but this is NW of Old City core. Much quieter neighborhood. 6 minute walk to Market Square. Stayed 5 nights - I definitely recommend and would gladly stay again!

We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights in March. This is a fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in a great location with the main square less than 10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and a shop at the end of the street for drinks or snacks. The breakfast was lovely, a decent selection. The evening menu is very limited with only a few dishes on the menu, however we had the burgers and they were amazing, also hotel residents get a discount in the restaurant. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had is that there is very little storage in the room, we had to leave everything in suitcases as there wasn’t anywhere to put anything. This would be fine for a couple of days but by day 5 it was frustrating.

Centrally located and quite literally only a few minutes walk from the old town and all of its attractions. Our room was of an adequate size and functional for a short city break. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Modern interior. Excellent breakfasts, great choice hot or cold. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not what I expected.betteryou walk into reception a very warm welcome.from there it got better again.our room10/10.food10/10all of the staff 10/10 location10/10.would recommend highly.(loved it) its position means you can visit the entire area walking.we had a tour to aust/Bern camps very intense and emotional.

Great location to the old town which is about a 5/10 minute walk. Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options. Bath towels were changed daily. The bedroom pillow was half the size of a normal pillow which was annoying! Staff were very attentive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Tulip. It was ideally located for walking into the old town and exploring the area via the lovely planted walking route that surrounds the city. There were lots of nice restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A great base for a short city break, and we would happily stay there again.
