Beautiful, clean, modern hotel in a central position in Cracovia, only 5 minutes by walking to the central plaza. People at the reception so kind and gentle. Complete continental breakfast with every salad and sweet foods. Full optional rooms

This hotel is located in a quiet area about a 10 min walk of the main square. The rooms are a fair size with a hairdryer, tea, coffee facilities, large shower etc. It was snowing and very cold on our visit but the hotel was warm. I had a room at the top of the hotel and there were no windows, just 2 skylights which as it was snowing the whole time we were there made the room very dark. However as I wasn’t in it much this was no big deal. It’s a small hotel, with no lounge or bar. Breakfast is served in the basement and is ok but nothing to write home about. It all feels rather cramped. Staff were pleasant enough. If you are looking for a budget hotel and intend to be out most of the time this is fine. There is a really nice cafe linked to another hotel on the corner that does a good looking hot breakfast as an alternative to the hotel breakfast .

Beautiful room. Very clean. Bed was comfortable but could have done with more than one pillow. Tea, coffee and water left for guests when checking in and after cleaning. Staff very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and when in and out of the hotel. Great location if you want to be close to the old town, only a small walk away.

The air conditioning did not work. It was 30 degrees in the room throughout our stay - resulting in a poor nights sleep. Apparently no other room was available and not even a fan could be found. It transpired the hotel management had had issues with the aircon in this room previously but were still happy to rent out this room to unsuspecting guests and were unwilling to compensate.

Staff did what they could in a terrible setting. I have stayed in hostels that had better rooms and services. Our room was next to the desk so we were involved in every situation there. Breakfast was just ridiculous.

I picked this lovely little hotel based on both location and the price, and we were not disappointed in any way. You enter up a small flight of steps to reception, where we were warmly greeted. We had arrived early, so the staff quite happily stored out suitcases, while we went for a wander into the old town. The route from the hotel couldn’t have been easier. Literally a couple of streets, and we were in the centre square of old town, within 10 minutes. When we returned, our bags were brought to us and we checked in easily and without fuss. The room itself was clean and well presented, with tea making facilities, a fridge, a safe and a hairdryer, besides the standard hanging space,towels etc. I’m also pleased to say that it had very efficient air conditioning, which was a boon, as we stayed during a prolonged hot spell of weather. The breakfast was a standard buffet style and was very tasty, with a decent choice. All in all, I would recommend both the location, the service and the general cleanliness of the hotel to anyone. We had a fantastic stay.

Stayed for 3 nights between 17th to 20th of March 2023. Was given a room with windows on ceiling/sky lights and no blind on one meaning we were woken at 5am each morning of our stay by the day light. Asked reception very nicely on 2 occassions if they could do something, suggesting they stick something on the window eg newspaper to block out the light. Reception didn't seem interested in helping at all and ignored both of our attempts to have issue resolved.
