Very lovely location in the heart of Krakow. Clean hotel and pleasant stay. Smaller TV included and some basic amenities.
Pictures included show the view from the room and then some sites and eats within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Average 3 star hotel. Lack of amenities is not unexpected for this price point. The room is not dirty per se but the Color and brightness of the room doesn’t give much comfort on the cleanliness even though it is not exactly dirty. Location and price point is great.

Campanile hotels are one of my go-to brands. Kraków’s Campanile is located on the edge of the old town which made walking around much easier. Just outside you can catch the buses/trams.
To get to Krakow, we arrived by train - the main station is just beside the old town and it took us 10 minutes to walk across to the hotel. As we arrived early hours, they let us stay in the reception area while they rushed our room’s availability.

Nice located hotel, within Old Town area. It only takes 5 minutes to get to main Cracow attraction: Main Square.
Room was quiet, I hardly heard street sounds. Hotel interior was nice designed. Room was clean, with small tea/coffee set. Room service took care of our room thoroughly.

The hotel was in a strategic position, perfect for everything you could need. Only two aspects left me a little unhappy: the presence of the moquette in the rooms and the absence of a bidet, huge lack. As far as everything else is concerned, it was a nice stay.

It was spot on, just what we needed. Very close to square and easy to get to everything. Excellent location. Lovely staff, drink and food. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Thank you to all staff.

Simply an amazing hotel with outstanding staff what literally go above and beyond to help you out! The rooms are basic but ample of room to breath and certainly very clean, will recommend and we would certainly stay again!
