This is my family's 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel. As per our last visit, we had a wonderful experience at this family suite. Every staff member we encountered, from the security, check-in, room service, breakfast waiters and waitresses, they were all delightful and eager to offer their assistance.
Shout out to Ms Esther who attended to us during our daily breakfast at the lounge area throughout our stay there (01 to 05 Jun 2024). She went her extra miles to make sure we had an enjoyable breakfast.
The hotel's location is very strategic and convenient. It is across the Sungei Wang Plaza and opposite Lot 10 Shopping Centre. It is also less than 10 minutes walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The family suite is very spacious and fully equipped with two large smart TVs, a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine. The swimming pool is located on the highest floor with a good view.
There was only a small issue that we encountered during our stay. We discovered that the safe was faulty upon checking into our room (Room 2414). I had reported it to the room service and 02 male staff wearing suits (I presumed they are the hotel's security staff) came over with a laptop to rectify the issue. After checking the safe, they mentioned that the safe's battery is faulty. Before leaving our room, they mentioned they will send a technician to replace the safe's battery. To our dismay, no technician came to rectify the safe's issue throughout our stay there.
Other than that, there was nothing that could fault the hotel. The hotel is great and my family will definitely stay here again during our vacation in Kuala Lumpur.
