The room was very dirty. It was very dusty. The toilet has a very strong urine smell. Filthy! The side table even had ***** hair. It appears that they didn’t clean the room after the previous guest left. Aircon wasn’t functioning well. Water pressure from the sink is better than the shower head. I mentioned my concerns in the front desk but promised that they’ll send someone to clean the room and fix the aircon but no one came. I wonder how they got 4/5 rating. Main entrance and driveway has a common pathway. Not safe. The place was worst than the cheap motel.

Very good experience 1) customer service (whatsapp) respond very fast. 2) a professional team will help you check in at the lobby ( i get my key less than 5min ) 3) room is clean 4) i stay in 48th floor and the view is very nice

First night ,the door is shaking like the other person is trying to open the door.The window also shaking because the lock is not good and that night heavy raining.We put the chair by the door after that it’s ok not shake.First day we arrived that room the table have dust and not clean.The view is very nice.Wifi also not so good connection is some day got some day not got.The sky pool is very nice.Location is ok not so far to downtown .Surroundings area don’t have food shop.

👍 Good location, not too far to few hot spots like bukit bintang, TRX. Nice room with comfortable beds. Great view from master room. 👎 No water dispenser in room, will need to go level 8 for filtered water. Dirty floor, however we had requested hotel to arrange cleaning and they responded really fast. Pool access with fees - Rm10 per entry. That’s a surprise. 😮

Disappointing Airbnb during our stay. The host didn’t maintain the place well and the cleanliness was poor because I still found hair on the towel and the floor. During our stay, we was staying at Block B 33-03Left. The low water pressure make us free like not washing our hair and limited hot water :( and the refrigerator is make a loud noise and we just turn it off. Maybe next traveller can request not to stay in this unit. Besides, you will find the reception doesn’t have a clear signage because they have a few hosts in this apartment. I queue at the wrong lane and end up I have to queue up again. Hope this review will helps host make an improvement on their Airbnb.

We have been over this fabulous place for 6 nights and it was amazing stay in Malaysia 🇲🇾 and located in main city and more shopping malls around the place. Rooms are so clean and tidy as well as the view was amazing special thanks to EMMA LEE, always replied to us any given time and other staffs also very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back soon!! Transportation not convenient need to take cab there. The view was pretty nice during the night time Phone line was terrible but they provided WiFi but need to try the WiFi before you go to your room. They gave me different WiFi so I can’t log in at all. Manage to watch YouTube movie from the TV

The staff was very friendly and understandable. Room was clean and spacious. Of course the view from this hotel is magnificent. You can directly see the twin towers, almost the full city life from your room. Pool was amazing.
