The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Bukit Bintang. The unit itself is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is small but has a beautiful view. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. There was no hot water for the shower, and after my son came back from the swimming pool, he was shivering and could not have a warm shower. This really needs to be improved. The biggest concern was the strong chemical-like smell inside the unit. The smell was unbearable and reminded us of the chemicals used to spray weeds. It was so strong that we were worried it could make someone feel unwell, and we eventually had to rent another place for our children to stay for the night. Cleanliness also needs significant improvement. When we arrived, there were women’s sanitary pads left on a dining chair, which was very unpleasant. There were also stains on the walls, and the dining area light was not working and we could not find a switch for it. The building itself is very crowded, with long waits for the lifts. The lifts can be slow, so expect quite a bit of time going up and down, especially during busy periods. Overall, the location, comfortable bed, unit design and swimming pool view are good, but the lack of hot water, cleanliness issues and especially the strong chemical smell seriously affected our stay. I hope the management will address these issues, particularly the smell and hygiene, as they could affect guests’ health and comfort.

Staying without free parking , so pls think twice for people who drive , found last guest used panties in the bathroom , feel disgusting and unclean , will not consider to stay back again , not worth to the value

The location is excellent and one of the biggest strengths of this stay. It is within walking distance to many major shopping malls and attractions in Bukit Bintang, making it very convenient for families and shoppers. The apartment itself is modern, luxurious, comfortable and very clean, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, there are a few downsides. The futon beds (more like thin mattresses) were disappointing and should not really be advertised as proper sleeping space for one person. The cushioning was too thin and uncomfortable, and we had to stack two futon mattresses together just to make it acceptable for sleeping. Another issue is that the building can get overcrowded, and during peak hours, the lifts are extremely busy and you may have to wait through several rounds before being able to board. Overall, it is a very good stay for its location and comfort, but there is room for improvement in the sleeping arrangements and lift management.
