The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there's so much natural light. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. There's no front desk, so you have to contact the owner, but my Chinese is not good enough on the phone . The owner promptly added me on wechat and gave me instructions. The environment, cleanliness e.g., hallway can be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

All is good: location, quick check-in, rooms are new and clean. View is fantastic (incl pool area) Worth to visit, will come again.

This is a very nice hotel. The suite we stayed in was very large and had a lot of air conditioning to keep the room warm. The reception staff is polite and responsive. This has made my stay a perfect experience. In addition, the location of the hotel is very good, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from the hotel rooms. The hotel has good hygiene and new facilities. The infinity pool upstairs is beautiful. I have been living in Australia for many years and think this is a very good hotel to travel in peace. The view is very good. The location is near to Bukit Nanas train station. However the turndown will be their access card system. With 2 card, 1 card allow u to access car park and the swimming pool. Another card to access the floor that u stay and the unit itself. Making it very troublesome for accessing. U need to travel in group. The swimming pool don’t provide towel so remember to bring your own towel. Overall 3/5 stay for me.

The location is great, easy to get around. The view is super nice as well - especially the panoramic infinity pool that you can see both the KL tower and the Petronas towers. We got a free room upgrade to a two bed two bath and it was great - super fast wifi with over 200mbps as well as the washer/dryer is super convenient The only downside is that there is a mosque nearby that has public prayers on the weekends at 6am. There’s no way to sound proof anything because it’s super loud broadcast - so make sure to bring some earplugs to use on the weekends!
