The apartment was in a very good location. It was very clean. The staff were efficient. Check-in was quick. Checkout was also a quick and straightforward process.

The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor, and the most unacceptable issue was the presence of cockroaches in the room. Seeing cockroaches in a hotel room immediately raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene and sanitation standards of the property. Because of the condition of the room, we decided that it was not reasonable or comfortable for us to stay there. Despite informing the hotel about the cleanliness issue and cockroach infestation, the hotel still refused to provide a refund even though we chose not to stay. I find this extremely disappointing. Guests should not be expected to accept accommodation with obvious hygiene and pest-control problems, and refusing a refund under these circumstances made the experience even worse. We booked a hotel expecting a clean, safe, and reasonably hygienic place to stay. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet even those basic expectations. I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider this before booking.

Toilet bowl with water leaking surrounding the bowl. bed sheet has blood and dirt stains, informed customer service but no response Living room chairs and sofa are fabric and has stains . Towels are old , aircon in the master bed room not functioning well, turn off on and off.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by a severe cockroach problem. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately spotted more than 10 cockroaches. It was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable. In all our years of staying in apartments, we have never experienced anything like this. The initial response from the front desk staff was disappointing and not particularly helpful. Although the Residence Manager later stepped in and tried to help by coordinating with the booking platform and arranging cleaning, the problem was far from resolved. Incredibly, after the apartment had been cleaned, I still found a cockroach on my pillow. Even after we were moved to another room the next day, there were still cockroaches in the kitchen. This is a real shame because the apartment itself is attractive and located in an excellent area. However, no matter how good the location is, a serious pest infestation makes the accommodation unacceptable. Management must take much stronger action to improve cleanliness and pest control. Otherwise, they should expect continued complaints from guests.

my room can see the petronas twin tower and staff is very nice. I can leave my baggage after check out.

Located near KLCC, just a short 10-minute walk away. The check-in process on the 25th floor is a little chaotic and unclear. You need to pay a RM400 deposit for the two rooms reserved, but the refund is completed on the day you check out.
