I think it's a great value for the price, in a big city like KL, close to KL Sentral, and with breakfast included. The surrounding area is Little India and is noisy, but the hotel facilities are clean, new and perfect.

So noisy at night around 2am like kids were screaming and cars were horning so loud.

I asked for 2 units of single bed - it was ignored. Worse, they gave me a tiny room with no window which makes Gaza seems like paradise as an open air prison. Bellboys were very helpful, though. I really do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Value for money. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Its just that the toilet clogged when shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will repeat to stay again. Nearby many eateries and convenience shop. Just 3 minutes walk to kl sentral station.

The location is very good. Take KLIA from the airport in 30 minutes Arrived at Central Station. This hotel is adjacent to Central Station. It is located just 50m away from the station, and the staff at the desk were warm and courteous, and the cleaning lady was especially very friendly. The bellboy also had good manners.

I had already paid the tourist tax on Ctrip, but the boss collected it again after arriving at the store. There was a duplicate charge. Moreover, the TV and cabinet in the room we were given for the first time were broken. After negotiation, we were able to change to another room.

Good and easy to find

1. First impression from the receptionist at the counter was worst ever and no welcoming at all. 2. Better to hire a robot as receptionist instead a human being. 3. Stated at the trip.com is a 4-star hotel. 4. The bedsheet all yellow stains, complaint to housekeeping & FO, according to them is clear as just came back from laundry. For me is totally unacceptable for a normal hotel to have bedsheet with all stains. 5. Overrated as a 4-star hotel, without the level of service & standards is really not up to the 4-star standards. 6. The staffs, no magic words & courteous and not trained as hotel standards, looks like they are all foreign worker from India. 7. TV channels 4-5 local channels ONLY and bad reception signal cannot watch, not acceptable at all. 8. Room size is like a budget hotel not a 4-star hotel not up to expectations. 9. The Cup 2 different type like purchase from KK supermarket with stains. 10. Bathroom towels not up to 4-star standards worn out & dirty and really poor quality. 11. During peak hours of check-in & out around 12-2pm, lift under maintenance service, this is ridiculous during these hours. 12. Never recommend any contact to stay in this hotel. 13. My room 3011 but the lift button is level 2, so confusing on the floor. 14. Painting & construction still happening on the floors with any security measure as foreigners' workers on the floor this is dangerous for hotel guests. 15. Check-in at 12.30pm & checkout on the same day 7.30pm and moved to another hotel. 16. Immediate action needs to be taken by the Management based on my feedback.

Hotel very confirtable and clean

Repair the room or make a new room, don't know the noise. At night, loud people can't sleep, the elevator doesn't work, the room is clean, the service is ok.
