This hotel is very nice, the personal staff take care of people really well! Will come back there again!

The room is old and dark ….. bed is really soft,; for those that need to sleep abit hard bed then definitely not suitable The AC is really not cold and the blower is feeble … terrible especially in KL heat… even the lobby AC is horrible Park 2 bikes are the valet area in a small corner and was charged same as car

The service is excellent. The hotel team in the lobby and the executive lounge are very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel is indeed a bit old, especially the suites in the residence are very old. The room is very large and spacious, but the layout design is a bit strange. The location is excellent. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. The breakfast and the dinner in the executive lounge are very satisfactory.

地理位置優越，靠近柏威年，地鐵站等設施，但是服務達不到五星標準，入住三天，衹有一天打掃了房間，而且打掃房間也沒有將房間內的垃圾清理乾淨，枕套不乾淨，有黃色一大片的污漬

The hotel is old and the facilities are well maintained. The main location is very good and shopping is very convenient.

1.位置超棒，就在Pavilion商場正對面，購物吃飯相當方便，步行到雙子塔也不遠。 2.裝修風格顯得很乾凈，很高檔，高層大床房風景好，有USB口充電，房間很大，大電視，衞生間夠大，很乾凈，算是吉隆坡五星酒店裡最好的。 3.每天上午都有打掃房間的，全部更新，服務超好，果然大氣。 4.早餐具有當地特色不油膩品種不多，建議中國胃還是去外面吃。 強烈推薦，性價比很高。

We had the 1 bedroom suite with club access, on the 24th floor with city and KL tower view, not of Petronas towers. Easy access to all the shopping we could ever dream of. Loved the club access, saved some money as we didn’t need to buy dinner for a couple of nights. The bottled mineral water was fantastic and received plenty for 3 people. The only criticism is the hard bed, which they tried to rectify, but had access to a pillow menu to try to improve the comfort. Maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. Reception and concierge staff were warm and friendly. The concierge went out of their way to secure Petronas towers tickets.
