Great view! I could enjoy the twin towers right through the window. The facility was also good but it was little bit disappointed when we had a breakfast at the restaurant cuz of services but it wasn’t really bother me to enjoy staying. Other than that, everything was fine.

Swimming pool is awesome.

The hotel is great and also a very good location. The only point is that there was not hot water for the first two days .

A pleasant stay with friendly service. Located in a prime spot near the Suria KLCC mall and the Petronas twin towers. A good breakfast buffet.

So far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a KL hotel. Concierge and reception particularly were just exceptional. Wet Bar, Woodbar and Willow staff were equally fantastic. The food at Willow and Wet Bar were excellent and Woodbar had Ramadan food which looked very nice. Gym and pool had good views and well laid out. I will definitely be returning. Brenna at reception, you made me feel like a well loved guest. In addition the location was great.

Its the worst 5-stars hotel ive ever stayed.
Not value for the money.
Poor service (they skipped the housekeeping service)
Water pressure is low
Doorbell never worked
Only plus point is staff attitude is good and friendly

Prime location with Petronas twin tower just around the corner. Breakfast buffet good quality offering a good combination of local and international options. Swimming pools with grand view of twin towers too. A beer at pool side under the sun definitely makes a day for a free and easy stay at heart of KL. Staff friendly and polite.
