Passage way narrow n dim. Bath towels (worn out)high time to change. There's only 1 lift that can accommodate 2 max 3 pax. Difficult to get grab in front of hotel, very heavy traffic.

Got a room so near to the street...make me hard to sleep at night but if you like to enjoy the view...should be ok...overall... everything else 👍

looking very good hotel from outside but when you enter the room.. Room was not clean, under the bed there was a lots of dirty dust. Tv was not worked. My room has no window but it doesnt change anything. You have to talk with your cleaning staff first. Why they do only change the bed and towels? If it is clean there was no problem with hotel.

Bed is comfortable, room is exactly as shown in photo. Very small. Shower is ok, warm water. Provided 1 towel. Need to improve cleanliness. No slipper, no hair dryer. Also you have to bring your toothpaste, toothbrush.

If you want to stay at this hotel, I strongly do not recommend it! The room space is extremely small and the sanitation is extremely poor! The bed and sheets were full of bed bugs🤮🤮 The attitude of the hotel staff is also very rude. They put the responsibility on us and said that we brought the bugs in from other places. We asked for a refund. They said that it was impossible to refund. They also said that it’s our bad luck to live in such a room👎👎👎

Need to prepare some iron, but location is nice, semua tempat dekat nak pergi, service okay sangat, bilik pun cantik.

A very nice, clean, confortable hotel with very low price and superb location surrounding with convenient shop, bars, malls and nice local food. It's a nice place to stay and hang around, especially suit solo traveller the best. Definitely will come back again! So in love with the environment and location.

Good location near petaling street. Only a walking distance. Room is very small.

Overall it was an average stay here at Season point hotel. Location wise is great!! Room is OK but a bit smaller in size. There is a room for improvement for Cleanliness of the bedsheets and room overall. The plus side is the rooftop communal area and the decor of the lobby and also the friendliness of the receptionist.

Lack of several basic amenities: no bathroom rag to dry feet, no fridge, no safe.

Overall everything is not bad. Location very good very convenient. Room condition ok. Just The toilet is not clean enough and there are traces of stool.too bad.
