到步後，十分彷徨無助。因為是公寓，不會有任何前台人員能夠諮詢，訂單提供的電話也無法接通，就連平台客服也無法聯繫。最後嘗試使用whatsapp才能聯繫到，而且訂金也需要使用PayPal繳交才會給房你。預訂該公寓，如果不是馬來西亞人，建議使用whatsapp和管理人員事先溝通，免得到步後，不知所措。房間方面，和app圖片相符，也有提供乾衣功能洗衣機。

Clean accommodation with a beautiful view to the city. Good and sufficient facilities in the suite. Good and fast coordination to fix the apartment problem. I will come here again.👍

Best apartment so far in our stay at Malaysia, beds and sofa set was uncomfortable and old, but location and view were awesome, kids loved the pool and on top roof children play ground, highly recommended for families.

Great location, walking distances to mall and monorail station.
Kitchen is fully equipped, the water pressure is very strong and hot enough was really an amazing during showering or bathtub time.

とても良い滞在になりました。部屋は広く眺めも良く満足でした。立地も便利な場所にあり、観光をするにも、ショッピングをするにも困ることはありませんでした。
部屋に置かれていたバスタオルが清潔ではあるのですが、ボロボロで後ろが透けるほど使い込まれたものだったので驚きました。
あと部屋の契約が複雑で、管理者と対面することが無いので、事前にやり取り出来るアプリをダウンロードしたり、デポジットの入金もクレジットカードでやり取り出来る様にしておく必要があります。私の場合は現地に行ってからそれらが必要になり、携帯の都合でアプリのダウンロードが出来ずとても困りました。
現地に友人がいたので助かりましたが、海外から訪れる場合には事前の準備が必須です。
セキュリティもしっかりしており、いいアパートメントだと思います。
