The hotel has a spacious layout and a good location. However, cleanliness could be improved. Although it was stated as free parking, we were charged RM10 per night. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite noisy.

Good location. Reception should smile more n have option to give 2 rooms cards. My wife sleep i have to keep the door open then can go out. Aircon not cold too

I have stayed in quite a few places in kl and i would say this is one of the better hotel . Located at the petaling street and most of the tourist places are within reach. Also, what i like about the room is , it is fairly clean and most of the facilities look new and functioning. Staff there are friendly and responsive if you have any request.

Be careful when staying here. I went downstairs to pick up a food delivery and found someone inside my room without my permission. The housekeeping staff also entered the room without our consent. In addition, one female receptionist was very slow in handling things.I had to wait 30 minutes just to get into my room. The Indian girl at the front desk also had a really bad attitude.
