Very spacious and comfy room. For the price, i have nothing to critique at all! The bathroom is also very spacious and nicely separated from the toilet, which give its privacy. I will definitely repeat staying here! Hotel is kind enough to serve me cake as a gesture for my birthday (need to send request via email beforehand) Breakfast is ok, pretty good selection with efficient service from the staff

A beautiful hotel but a mediocre experience. Maybe the hotel could consider changing the ceiling light bulbs in the room to brighter ones and there are not enough of them. The TV was malfunction but I did not make any report because I only stayed for one night. However, shouldn't the responsible party check the TV first before "opening" the room to guests? The air conditioner also took a very, very long time to cool even though it was set to the lowest temperature from the moment I got into the room. The shower water on the other hand, I had to wait a long time to get hot even though it was turned to the left (for hot water). However, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The hotel decoration is also very beautiful with a classic theme.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare, a hell on earth. I've stayed in nearly a hundred hotels, and this is the first time I've been left utterly speechless. Even budget inns wouldn't be this bad. 1. The entire hotel and my room reeked of stinky feet and sweat. Turns out, about 95% of the guests are Indian. Thanks a lot. Would you even dare use that bathtub? 2. The breakfast was inedible, absolutely disgusting. And the best part? It was exclusively Indian guests, with Indian kids screaming and yelling. 3. I extended my stay for one more night, and at 6 AM, the power went out across the entire hotel. I'm afraid of the dark, so I couldn't sleep. When I went out to check, the whole hotel was dark, no lights in the corridors, and the elevators were out of service. It was like a horror movie; if this were in China, I would have called 110! I was so scared! There was no prior notification whatsoever. Power came back on at 9 AM, then went out again, then came back on... It felt like the hotel was messing with its guests. Seriously, why does the Kuala Lumpur government allow a hotel like this to operate?
