Overall everything was smooth n fine except when driving back to hotel is a little confusing

The room is kinda Smelly. The floor is Sticky and Oily because the previous Cust maybe were cooking something in there and the floor still have some stain and Slippery because the oil spill. Hence, the Room is kinda smell bad due to the cooking.
Not to mention, the toilet smell like Someone was taking a dump and leave the “GoodOne” for along time in the toilet. Eventho the toilet look clean, but the Smell doesnt look like it. I ask for exchange room, but the reception only give the order to cleaner to came in the room and just Spray dettol around the toilet.
And beware of the table top on tv. Its broken already.
Anyway, my review is not to condem on the Propety. I always choose robertson for my transit work on KL. Just to make a Good point of view from my perspective as a customer. Please sort it out and I hope this mistake wont happen again.

The tv channel was limited and always loss of signal. The hair dryer was not functioning and i asked for replacement but i didnt get a new one. The signal of the wifi was very bad. Other than that was okay. I like the view from the rooftop and the swimming pool.

Im not recommended this hotel..dirty room and dirty comforter..water hose in the bathroom liking and one of room handle also broken. Television also got one straight line on the screen. Swimming pool ok laa.
