Great location because it is near my client's office. The shopping mall within its location is definitely a great place to shop, dine or simply just something reassuring that you can rely on when you need anything.

the location is good, the room was good. The only bad thing is the breakfast is not much choice. Gt total 8 variety, include fried egg, boil egg and scramble egg haha... I eat for 3 days.. and the bread is not fresh...

Chose this hotel because of its location, directly linked to shopping mall with many shops (Parkson, Aeon grocery, Famous Amos etc) It's also near the mrt line although we took grab instead since the places we wanted to go were not near mrt stops. Service wise is average, the hotel counter staff were not the most attentive and did not even know that the Sunway Velocity mall is directly linked to Sunway Velocity 2 which had the Thai massage shop that we wanted to go to. Gave us directions that were not correct. Housekeeping can also be improved, I stayed for 4 days and my bath towels given were 4, 3 and then finally only 1 😅

This is my third stay in the hotel, this time was a complete hell. My trip this time was for 6 nights. The shower drain doesn’t let the water flow, so everytime someone is showering the bathroom will be flooded over the whole bathroom even at the sink and closet too. The hand shower can’t stay still also. so whenever there’s a water pressure, the shower will move to the left to the glass door. The housekeeping will not refill your new water bottle when they see the bottle from the night before still have water even though it was drink already. So hide ur water to get new water! The houskeeping didn’t refill the tissue also and even the shower gel for days. So I did a complaint EVERYDAY to the receptionist and even called an engineer to fix the shower area. They said it was fixed, But nothing change. Even one day no one is checking on the problem at all. So I have to deal with this for the rest of my stay. Until I was very pissed to the receptionist on my last night. But still nothing change until my check out time.

Overall very satisfied and had a pleasant stay here. They already upgraded their amenities, they have provided more drinks and also a complimentary chocolate. Thank you. Highly recommended to here !!!!!

Everything was great. The staff were also nice. Greet and assist politely. I enjoyed my stay here cause the hotel connected to the mall. Easy to access there. Their tv got four vision channel.got best movies nice to watch. Thank for the complimentary choc. The food all sedap.i tasted it all.😂

There was no more king bed in superior room when I did the booking and I have to choose twin bed. so I requested for it during check in then the staff gave me a free upgrade to deluxe king room,with a box of chocolates complimentarily. Thank you.

Everything ök.. good place to rest and enjoy with Kuala Lumpur City..

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

Facility food,many parking,many food shop and ,suitable for family

The location price is cheap, comfortable, quiet.Recommended!

Always choose to stay here if went to KL. Their hospitality was great! The room very spacious and clean. They also gave chocolate as complimentary gift. The staff very friendly and generous. This hotel also attached to the mall and i love it. Very recommended to all and will come again.
