Great stay. The interior is what caught my eye and wanted to stay there. Initially there’s a problem with our main door lock but the management sent the staff to solve our problem immediately. The location is good but however it’s slightly hard to find the lobby and the parking directory is not very clear too.

The place is great, connected via sky bridge to Mid Valley. Room clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

If u are a light sleeper don’t consider this cuz it is easy to hear lots of steps and other noises From upstairs and it is hard to change room it doesn’t like a formal hotel

Facilities: All kitchen utensils are available, including a washing machine, which is very friendly for those traveling with children! Especially the big living room!
Hygiene: Bedding is average. The mattress is moderately soft and firm.
Environment: There are shopping malls nearby, across the road, and we also went to see a lion dance performance. The children loved it.
Service: There is no Chinese service at the front desk, but the basic service attitude is very good. The door bolt reaction was broken, and someone came to repair it quickly.
It's just that the booking price changed a lot, it was more than 700 in the morning and more than 500 in the afternoon. I gave customer service feedback to refund the price difference, but it didn't solve the problem.
