Location is super convenient! Nearby to KLCC and all public transportation for going around KL. Really easy to find all sorts of food at any time. Room was comfy and clean; housekeeping staff was very accommodating and attentive. I liked the view and that they provided water filter, placed outside of the room. Just a heads-up that it can get noisy at late night due to traffic outside as it is near to the major intersection of KLCC. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety but I felt the quality was just alright. Reception was very friendly during check-in, and check-out was easy with no hassle, although reception staff during that time was a bit abrupt and rough, but maybe I just came by at the wrong timing. It did caught me off guard but no major issues. Definitely will stay here again.

The location is good, staffs are also helpful. But the property itself is very tears. The drainage of the toilet is not functioning well, the shower is not working . Also , it is next to the construction site & the sound proof is poor, very noisy

Beautiful view...delicious food...a wide variety of options...the tosai was delicious and perfectly suited my taste. Next time, I want to stay here again...

It's okay hotel but old fashion, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. I found ants 🐜 on the bathroom, don't know what was going on. It's walking away to Petronas twin tower, perhaps 5 minutes walk. Restaurant in front of hotel, muslim cemetery behind the hotel, parking lot beside the hotel on the left side, on going construction on the right side of the hotel. I will not staying in this hotel anymore. Perhaps it's 5 star 15 years ago, not now.

Service is superb. Facilities wise - can be better. Food wise - Wonderfully sedap. 😊. Location - very strategic. Overall - Excellent.

The hotel is only about 100 meters from the Petronas Twin Towers, which are right above a shopping and dining complex. However, there's ongoing construction next door and it's also adjacent to a cemetery.

For the first time stayed at Maya Hotel. Overall is good. Suka sangat pool sebab berbumbung. Nak mandi lama pun tak kisah sebab tak panas 👍🏻. Ada kids room 👍🏻. Dalam bilik ada penimbang, so lepas makan boleh lah timbang tengok berat naik ke tak 😃
