Upon arriving at the reception, we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staffs and proceeded with our check in earlier than the scheduled check in time as the room is ready. We were given a king room on the 20th floor with a great view of the Menara 118 and partly blocked KL Tower. Too bad none of the rooms have the Petronas twin towers view as it is blocked by W Hotel right across the street.
So we proceeded into our room and everything was great. The bed had a nice topper which is kind of soft and comfy. Even though there was ongoing construction works just beside the room, it didn't really cause a lot of disturbance.
The facilities of the hotel are not new but they are still working fine, except for the steam room which I didn't know how to operate. The person in charge of the facility was also nowhere to be found so I had to skip it. The hydrotherapy pool is top notch, the pressure were just right and it loosened a lot of my tight knots.
Parking is completely complimentary with unlimited exits so guests can be rest assured. Speaking of service, I like the staffs friendliness especially the front desk staffs.
Overall we had a very great stay here and will definitely return again if given the opportunity.

Warm welcome setting from the hotel team, very strategic location, walking distance to KLCC and Solomon bridge, but the lift is a bit slow.

Car park is not convenient access to hotel lobby, if you are using touch & go you have to carry with you for the free parking because everytime when you want to leave you have to go counter first. Didn’t mention at first.
The room is full of smoking smell, the room is a joined room, whatever the other room people make noise you can hear. Sound proof is a worst!
The pillow, the bed sheet, blanket is smelly.
Doesn’t worth the price as well.

Very close to KLCC and easily to move around using KLCC LRT. Nice view and only blocked by W Hotel

Generally the hotel and room is old. And there is no sound prove, could hear the vehicles outside even staying at 16th floor.

I had a great experience with the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly, and the amenities were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Strategically located, within 10 minutes of walk to Suria KLCC. Near to Mamak and various restaurants. Service was out of this world with seamless check-in and freebies provided in the room

have expo job in that area , the room rate is cheap, hotel is old , the design let me feel uncomfortable , will see others if go business trip in KL city again
