Hotel guy was friendly but the housekeeper had a loud walkie-talkie that made a lot of noise and woke me up in the morning. Seriously if the housekeeper needs to communicate, they should wear ear phones or keep the volume very very low. People are trying to sleep. The hotel is decent. Good location only complaint is loud housekeeper.

Its a small hotel/inn which is located right opposite Nu Sentral. 1-2 min walking distance from KL sentral Monorail Station. Got a very early check in at 11am, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Even-though its a small hotel/inn, but their services given is outstanding. If you are not a picky traveller, this will be one of the best choice. We booked a room with a queen size bed for 2 nights, the room is clean and with basic amenities and little fridge provided. But one thing is that we requested a window room but there is a window looking glass wall which is eventually not a window, can view outside and sunlight barely shines in. Other than that, all are good! There is one accident happen, i assume there is a miscommunication between the staff, they accidentally open our room door at 7am without knocking or calling, which shocked us. Luckily with the door lock hooked. The staff apologized genuinely until we ask him to leave. Other than that, overall our staying experience with this hotel is good!

I stayed in room 706- standard king for one night . I found a deal about $5.00 off in trip com. The room is old fashion but doable. The AC is fantastic. A few minutes walk to KL Sentral with many local restaurants. It was beyond my expectations as there is a beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur from my window. On top of that no insects

The receptionist told me ”you have to come back in 20 min or so because our system is down” without saying sorry, welcome or would you like us to keep your luggage in meantime?” I asked to use toilet then she said, ”no, there is no toilet here”... My booking was made through Traveloka and fully paid. She insisted that it was not paid. I asked her to check again but she asked room charges to be paid at the hotel. So it was double charged. Would I stay there again? Never.

Pros: Hotel is centrally located. It's located behind KL sentral and just a few meters away from NU Sentral Mall. There are a number of convenience and massage shops nearby. It's also close to a Catholic Church so were able to attend mass on a Sunday! Desk is manned 24 hours so late check in and early check out should not be an issue. Rooms are not very big and no breakfast were provided but for the very affordable price we paid, the room is already a steal. We were even upgraded to room for 4 when I just booked a room for 3. Cons: -Cleanliness of room and bathroom can be improved. Bathroom has that rusty smell. They weren't dirty but cleanliness certainly can be improved. -Only 1 trash bin was provided. There was no trash bin in the bathroom.

The service is good and the room is clean. The location is great and there are many restaurants nearby. It is close to the city, but there will be traffic jams during off-duty hours...it will be fine after the rush hours.

You can contact the landlord at any time (use what's app), and the landlord will reply immediately. The communal swimming pool is used until 22:30pm. Remember to bring your room card (only one) to enter after induction. It is an infinity swimming pool, and there are many deck chairs and sofa chairs You can rest, it is very beautiful, the night view is charming and very relaxing, you need a deposit of RM250, there are water, beer 🍻, Milo and Coke in the refrigerator, and there are instant noodles. For gold, it will be refunded to you after confirming the condition of the room and drinking and food in person on the last day. The air conditioner is sufficient, and the condition of the room is the same as the photos. It is very safe. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste, but there are bath towels and other toilet utensils, and the location is also very convenient. The first floor is connected to the light rail, which is convenient for transportation options.

Had a quick stay here as we need to travel back to Penang early in the morning. This hotel offers one of the cheapest rates in KL Sentral area, and appears to be relatively new. Pros: Perfect location. Not very hard to find. One of the better-placed budget hotel that is an easy walking distance to MRT, Nu Sentral (Big shopping Mall) and Airport Bus Terminal. Newly converted building (formerly an old shoplot) Room is clean. Bathroom is ok. New amenities. With hair dryer & ironing board. Usable towels. Clean sheets Allows early check in. Fast process. Bright lobby. Nice counter staff. Cons: Musty smell everywhere. Molds on walls. Fridge is not working in our room. No safety box. No english TV channel Summary: This is another hotel at KL Sentral to SKIP for us, as unfortunately we have allergic rhinitis that gets triggered with the presence of mold and mildew. If you don’t mind the musty smell, then this may be a good hotel for a short stay.

The apartment itself is centrally located and there are good security/valet officers. It is about a 10 minutes drive to Mid Valley and the train station is nearby too. Payment is a breeze too and instructions are clear. There are a lot of good food too nearby if you care to walk. I find that this is the hotel for friends and families but the ”second floor” is pretty steep and not meant for very young children. It is more suitable for families with teenage children instead. There are enough facilities in the house too like Netflix. However, the walls were peeling leaving residue and cleanliness was a slight issue as there were hair here and there. There is also only one access card per room and this made it difficult if you are going out with friends (who wants to do their own things).
