This is a new property! It not fully functional. The staff is size is not adequate. But this limited staff members are struggling to provide the best service. Specifically Ri****a, she is hardworking and resilient! She doesn't leave any stone unturned to make the visitors happy and satisfied!

I recently stay with fortune park kufri and had a wonderful experience hotel was well maintained and and offered ***y facilities that made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Staf was very cooperative and friendly i would like to recognise Mr.Sidharth, Mr.Rajkumar thay went out of their way to make sure I had comfortable stay. My room was clean and well appointed with a lovely velly view. I will definitely recommend Fortune Park kufri 🤗

Nice location good food ...staffs are helpful breakfast was very nice ..Mr madan was very helpful during my stay. Only the access part was questionable... But still u can enjoy the road upto the hotel.. restaurant was very nice.. front office staff are very cooperative Thanks

A very good hotel for stay in Kufri. Good views from the hotel. Staff is very courteous whos always looking out for any smallest thing you may need. Ms. Rushika particularly was very nice with our daughter, always surprising our daughter with small little take-aways. Food is very good, and not just non-veg. They also arranged for nice evening teas which were complimentry. The activity room has billiards and other games where you can keep your young ones occupied. Access needs a bit of improvement. The 1.5km stretch from main highway till resort is not tar-road. Staff told us they are in process of getting it sorted. But if one can be ok with a 5 mins hitch-hiking kind of road, you will definitely love your stay here.

Very well maintained place to stay, the entire team members were excellent, my special appreciation to Ms Ri****a, Mr. Chirantan Senguta as the GM and Mr. Rahul Dhar as the marketing head. It has been very wonderful time at Fortune Park, Kufri, Shimla. Staff was cautious and helpful. Food was excellent and well presented. Amazing view of sunrise from Room in morning. Adventure park and other day ***** activities are nearby.

It was really mesmerizing view and memories. Room was clean and comfortable.The location of the hotel was excellent and gives serene relaxation. The staff was always at your service.***ager Mr. Rajkumar & his team was always there for us for our every tiny needs .Food was really tasty as per our taste buds . Thank to all team to make our stay memorable with comfort and luxury .

We were planning the trip in himachal and choose the fortune park kufri shimla . the hotel is good and location is fabulous kind of forest valley. Mr Sidharth and Sunil is very kind and fabulous person location is superb and whole staff is very good food was so delicious. I will definitely visit again with my family and friends
