Disorganization and lack of coordination between employees, inactivity of facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi, they changed my room three times in three nights.

It was a good experience, a clean hotel with high quality.

It is nice location from the airport and city center by tram. Probably good choice for long term rental as well.

the first hotel in my life that told me there’s no room cleaning services even I stayed here for 5 days. They only allow me to use same towel for 5 days and no one clean the sheets or bathroom every night. The day check out i even need to take out the trash by my own. I’m stunned wow. The swimming pool on the top roof is fine though.

Very good for a stay with 2 homebodies and to enjoy the heated swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna, especially equipped with kitchen utensils 😊

Great check-in experience👍🏼The room is relatively large, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, super comfortable, and the check-in staff at the front desk are very patient! It's very close to the airport, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the old town by tram. I will consider staying in this hotel next time I go to Nice:)

Traditional four-star, laundry and drying services need to be charged separately, no slippers, bathtub and shower head water pressure is low, I feel that the washing is not clean haha, the air conditioner is very powerful, very close to the bus station and the airport, no window view

Great place and location. Spacious rooms. Close to the tram and all amenities. 32min walk from the airport and 5min from the tram.

Deliberately changed the room to the worst for me, and the attitude was super bad. . The key point is at 4 o'clock in the morning in the middle of the night, someone picked the lock and opened the door, and no one cared about it. . very unsafe very bad
