Very well located in Kumamoto. It closes to many attractions. Clean, excellent service and friendly staff.

hotel is a 1min walk from karashimacho tram station, right next to a huge 7/11 store. it is also a 5min walk from shimotori shopping street.
room was nice and clean, drinks and amenities were free-flow from the lobby. toilet seat was heated which is a plus!
the staff can speak basic english and are very helpful - they have a translation device too! entry to the ladies' onsen is password-protected which gave peace of mind.
did not try the breakfast as it was on the pricier side, but overall the room was amazing and i wish i could have stayed for longer.

Service is good. Location is in the shopping area which is convenient. But the room is quite small which I have to (they recommended as well) put my luggage under the bed. The breakfast is good and tasty.
I would recommend this hotel if travellers would like to have shopping.

Convenient location for food and drinks. Shopping mall right opposite to the hotel. Although the room is small it has everything you need, good budget hotel. Staff are nice, they also provide welcome drinks and coffee at certain time.onsen is nice.

Excellent location within shopping street and just one min walk from Tram stop - super convenient. The hotel offers great amenities too - welcome drink from 2-11pm, free popsicles after bath and best of all - Dyson hair dryer provided in the bath area!
