I tried the newly opened hotel with a try mentality. The service was good. I met a tour group when I went there, but I checked in quickly. Disadvantages: The hotel corridor is dark as a whole, and the room is also dark, since there is no light in the middle of the patio. In addition, there is no place to put clothes when taking a shower, which is quite inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to Kumamoto Castle. It is more convenient than taking a car. We walked back and forth. It is right next to the commercial street, and the Katretei pork cutlet rice restaurant is just across the traffic light. The hotel has many breakfast varieties, all of which are local specialties of Kumamoto. Small bowls of ramen, etc. The room is still compact, but it has everything it should have, but the light is a little dark. There is a free luggage storage in the public area on the first floor of the hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are new and the environment is very clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room environment is a bit dark, but it is the atmosphere that my husband and I like, so we enjoy it, but friends who don't like darker environments may want to pay attention. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is also the most important thing to me. Although the hotel is not close to Kumamoto Station, it is close to the highway bus station and can go directly to Hakata or Fukuoka Airport. In addition, there are large shopping malls and restaurant streets, and it is close to the scenic spot Kumamoto Castle (within walking distance), so I think the location is very convenient. . I originally wanted to do it myself, but I scanned my passport and had to register my address, so I chose any prefecture. If I have an address in Japan, do I need to get a passport to register? Another young staff member next to me saw something wrong with my expression and hurriedly ran over to help. As a result, even the staff member didn’t know how to operate this self-service check-in. Then the climax came. This was a Japanese guest. The ***** immediately went up to complete the formalities with a diligent look on his face. Of course I got angry and asked loudly in Japanese, why do I have to go to the self-service service? I thought you couldn’t do it manually! The younger guy next to me immediately took me to the counter to check in. The *** didn't say a word during the whole process and pretended I didn't exist. I just said to you, please explain to me, what exactly do you want to do, and after a while, I reluctantly apologized, with a look on my face that said I was right, I will dare you next time. Can Ctrip please check carefully when choosing partner hotels abroad? Why would you allow a hotel like this to make money in China and engage in discrimination on this platform? I will continue to write emails to its headquarters to complain, and will also inform Ctrip on Xiaohongshu and other platforms that it chooses to cooperate with hotels that discriminate against Chinese people.

There is a lounge for guests to use for free on the 2nd floor, free tea, coffee, snacks, and chocolate all day until 10 p.m. The downside is that the rooms are dimly lit and a bit dark. Can hardly put on makeup 🤪 Suitable for relaxing, lying down, watching movies, chilling. There is little parking at the accommodation, but near the accommodation there is a fee for both. There is no free parking. Overall is good. Next time I go to Kumamoto, I will stay here again.
