We stayed in 3 bedded family room from 2-7-23 to 4-7-23.Reservation was done through telephone.Check in was ok. Check in/out is 24 hrs.The room is spacious for 3 persons.Location is very good.A/C is working but some funtions are not available in remote. when we came back after temple visit gyser is not switching on. They switched on after complaint.This is what happening in some cheap hotels but didn't expect at this hotel . Tv is not working when we entered the room & made alright after half an hour.Thease things should be taken care of before check in.There is only 2 charging points.One is malfunctioning & the other is not working. The receptionist (Mr. mahadevan)seems to be new & needs training to attend the complaints of clients.Toilet & general cleanliness is ok.The staff are polite & courteous. No restaurant in the hotel but available near by.Once they clear out these defects this hotel will be good.
