Pension Locomotion

Good location, tiny rooms but enough for couple days in the town. Staff is kind and room in clean.

Very homey and cosy accommodation to share with family/friends. There's a ski room for storing the gear and a pantry with a microwave oven, a small oven, washing and drying machines. Conveniently located around Setsu Niseko, where a free shuttle bus stops by. Walking distance to Lawson, shops and restaurants. Probably can't find a better place to stay in Niseko at a similar rate. Would love to visit again!

This is such a perfect place to stay! It's so clean and well designed (there's a dedicated door to the basement to store wet/snowy gear and a communal kitchen on the top floor 🙂). I found it extremely convenient staying here while snowboarding at Niseko. The owners were so kind and accommodating as well. They stored our luggage here prior to our arrival and stored it for us at the end of our stay which allowed us to get one more day of snowboarding in. As a heads up to others staying, the owners were unable to pick us up nor drop us off in Kutchan when we arrived/left, so make sure to arrange rides for yourselves when you come here because commuting down to Kutchan can be very difficult! I would definitely stay again! (But I would book a taxi 5 days in advance)

Would visit again. Feels like home at a fraction of the price of neighboring hotels.

Comfortable place to stay and for skiing Not too far from the main streets. I sometimes go to hirafu ski area on foot. Free shuttle buses at lawson (4minutes on foot), 1 stop to hirafu gondola. Almost perfect for skiing and budget stay.
