The room was very clean and they bring you new towels every day. The location was very good it was located right next to a train station, convenient store and plenty of places to eat. They also have a map of kyoto in the lobby, so it can help with planning your days out.

First of all, this hotel locates in a perfect place, just outside the noisy area on the Shijou Road, have several bus stops nearby, and also have Hankyu subway and Randen railway station nearby(But both these two are not included in the Kyoto subway-bus daypass.). In the service part, the check in and out protocols are fluent and has one staff speaking fluent English in the front during busy time. The whole hotel is quite clean even in the common area. There are several points need to be improved as a modern hotel. First, the free wifi in the room is so slow that I could just go and arrive a place before the Google map finished loading the content about the place. Second is about the noise, which I think might come from the window since it is not completely fit tightly and the wind go throght it. The last one is the chair in the room does not have chair back makes it hard to relax on it. And it is a rolling chair with low legs sometimes hurt your feet

Small and cozy hotel! It’s just opposite the hanky-Kyoto line exit with elevator. Just 1 min walk. Will stay again for the location. Ice machine and free use of washing machine is a good touch!

Clean and accessible hotel! Would totally recommend!

GOOD LOCATION NEAR BUS STOP AND STATIONS.

It's close to Omiya Station on the Hankyu Line. There are buses to Kyoto Station nearby. There are convenience stores, drugstores and Life supermarkets nearby. The room is small but comfortable.

The building and the service from the staff were excellent. I stayed here twice this week, and both times the room was very dusty. Also the water pressure in the shower was weak... The Nepalese restaurant next door was delicious.

The service staff is good and there is tea, coffee, and all supplies. Can be used 24 hours a day. You can take the bus from Kyoto stn. directly to the hotel. Walk a bit, good location, near Lawson convenience store, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, near the train, there is a small onsen. And there is a laundry room on the 2nd floor. Some of the employees can speak Thai. Convenient and recommended

Although it is a cheap hotel, the staff's service level is high. The 4-person room is designed with tatami, which is a good experience. The location is very convenient near the subway station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants around. The plus point is that there are washing machines and dryers on the second floor, but many tourists use them. You can also soak in the hot spring to wash away the fatigue of the day.

The hotel is in a great location, with many restaurants nearby and good service. The only regret is that the mattress is too soft and my waist hurts when I sleep there.

The room is small We hung a Do Not Disturb sign outside the door, but the room attendant hung replacement towels outside the room, which was very thoughtful:)

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It's close to the subway and bus station, but it's a bit far from Kyoto Station. It will be hard to carry a big suitcase. The room is relatively narrow and the two large suitcases can hardly be fully unfolded. However, the equipment is clean and the bed is tidy. However, after cleaning, I saw a big ball of hair. Maybe my suitcase hindered the staff from cleaning and I laughed to death.
