Kyoto Yamashina Hotel Sanraku Reviews

The hotel is super convenient. It is connected to the underground passage. You don’t need to open an umbrella from the station to the hotel. Even from the station to the hotel, it only takes 2 minutes. The breakfast is super delicious, and Omi beef is provided~ There are hot springs and sauna, which is awesome.

It is only a one-minute walk from Koyama Station and is very convenient for dining, shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast is a buffet, mainly Japanese food. It is delicious and rich. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The lighting control buttons in the room are slow to respond (thought they were broken). Got it

Overall it's normal. There are no outstandingly good parts, nor outstandingly bad parts. I couldn't borrow any of the blankets because they had already lent them out, so they lent me another futon instead, but I had a feeling it wasn't the right one. , I can't lend it to you because I don't have it. I don't know how many copies there were originally, but I wonder if it was a good response since it didn't end there. Breakfast was delicious.

It was convenient because it was directly connected to the station and there were many shops including convenience stores around. We were able to store our luggage before and after check-in and check-out, which was helpful for sightseeing around Yamashina Station. The room had a beautiful view of Yamashina Station and the mountains in the background, and I was very satisfied with the amenities and cleanliness. If I had to force it, it would be that you don't know how to use something like an espresso machine. I didn't use it without asking, but I prefer instant coffee because it's easy to make. However, I am satisfied with the black tea, Uji tea, 3 bottles of mineral water, and the service. I had a good trip thanks to the thoughtfulness of everyone at the hotel, including the front desk staff and the cleaning staff. I would like to use it again. thank you very much.

Excellent stay

最近の動向を取り入れつつも昔ながらの日本の旅館の良さを感じさせる対応に感服しました。

Excelente hotel, buena zona, cerca de la metro Yamashina, excelente confort en la recámara, cama king, excelente desayuno, hotel muy típico había puros japoneses, rentamos bicicletas muy económicas 200 yen por día y hicimos el tour de toda la ciudad, estuvimos 3 días y la verdad no nos queríamos ir, staff muy amigable, siempre disponibles para todo, buenos restaurantes al rededor. Jr station también está muy cerca.

Overall okay There is no parking lot in the hotel. You have to go out and find it. The hot spring pool only has a female bath but not a male bath.

足を捻って、車椅子を用意してもらって大変助かった。その後、朝食も席の配慮とかしてもらいスタッフの対応が良かった。

Very close to metro station for easy tranaport around Kyoto. Bathroom was a little dated but the room itself was really nice with a coffee machine in the room. An addition of a laundry room would have been handy for us but not needed for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

駅前立地よし。北側の眺めは、毘沙門堂方面で和めます。
